Agreement to Terms
Welcome to CleanShore Adelanto Pool Service. By using our services or accessing our website at www.adelantopoolservice.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses our pool cleaning and maintenance services in Adelanto, California and surrounding areas.
Services Provided
CleanShore Adelanto Pool Service provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services. Our services include but are not limited to weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning and replacement, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and pool inspections.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. All service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Scheduling and Access
When you schedule a service with us, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your pool and related equipment. This includes ensuring that gates are unlocked or providing access codes, ensuring dogs or other pets are secured, and notifying us of any hazards on your property.
If we cannot access your pool on the scheduled service day due to locked gates, aggressive animals, or unsafe conditions, you will still be responsible for the service fee unless you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For weekly service plans, payment is due monthly in advance or as specified in your service agreement.
Late payments may result in suspension of service and may incur a late fee. If your account becomes 30 days past due, we reserve the right to terminate your service and pursue collection of unpaid balances.
All prices quoted are estimates unless otherwise specified in writing. Final costs may vary based on actual conditions found during service. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
For one-time services, you may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For weekly service plans, you may cancel your service at any time with 14 days written notice. If you cancel mid-month, you will be responsible for payment through the end of your notice period.
Liability and Warranties
We take great care in providing quality service, but pool maintenance involves inherent risks. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your pool, equipment, or property. We are not liable for damage caused by defective equipment, improper installation by others, or natural causes such as weather or ground movement.
Our services are provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results such as perfect water clarity, elimination of all stains, or prevention of all equipment failures, as these can be affected by factors beyond our control.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining adequate water levels in your pool between service visits. You must notify us immediately of any equipment malfunctions, leaks, or unusual pool conditions. You are also responsible for ensuring that your pool equipment is in good working order and meets local safety codes.
If you use your pool between our service visits, you should monitor the water condition and contact us if you notice any problems. We cannot be held responsible for issues that develop between scheduled visits due to heavy use, weather events, or other factors.
Chemicals and Products
We use professional-grade chemicals and products that are appropriate for your pool type and condition. While chemicals are included in most service packages, certain specialty treatments may incur additional charges.
You agree not to add chemicals to your pool within 48 hours before or after our scheduled service visit unless directed by us or in case of emergency. Adding chemicals without proper knowledge can create dangerous conditions and may interfere with our treatment plan.
Privacy and Data
We collect and store information necessary to provide our services, including your name, address, contact information, pool details, and service history. We use this information only to deliver services, communicate with you, and improve our business.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, please contact us directly at (442) 363-7509 or contact@adelantopoolservice.com. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues.
If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, you agree that any legal action must be brought in the courts of San Bernardino County, California, and will be governed by California state law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers by email or through our service reports.
